JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Business office is on the lookout for a man or woman who they believe that left the scene adhering to a deadly crash involving a motorcycle Tuesday night time.
Police say the crash happened on Beach Boulevard and Spring Glen Road about 8:10 p.m.
When JSO arrived at the scene of the crash, they say they found a motorcyclist in his 30s. The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Division pronounced that guy lifeless.
Law enforcement say the other human being included, who was driving a Honda Accord, fled the scene shortly just after the crash.
An eyewitness told a First Coastline News crew on the scene that the driver crashed the motor vehicle and ran off on foot. The vehicle was smashed into a tree, and police ended up looking for the driver as of 11 p.m. Tuesday.
JSO claims officers are actively on the lookout for that human being Wednesday early morning.
