PORTLAND, Ore. (PORTLAND TRIBUNE) — In a different sign of the regional restoration from COVID-19 constraints, the Forest Grove Concours d’Elegance is returning Sunday soon after a two-year hiatus.
The automotive exhibition is the premier Concours display in the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1973, it has supplied more than 300 vintage and modified vehicles unfold out under the tree-shaded campus of Pacific College, 25 miles west of Portland.
“We’re thrilled to be again on the Pacific University campus for this year’s display.
